OUR PURPOSE
Early career special education teachers often face challenging situations that leave them feeling frustrated and isolated. We strive to provide E-mentoring services to first year special education teachers working with students who have severe disabilities. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of the mentoring experiences on a teachers' believe in their own ability to be successful while utilizing evidence-based instructional practices.
